 When trust is broken, “SORRY ” often feels inadequate. Trust is built through consistent actions over time, and a single apology can’t erase the pain or disappointment. True repair involves acknowledging the impact, taking responsibility, and showing genuine change in behavior. Without these steps, “sorry” becomes just a word—empty and insufficient to restore the depth that trust once provided.
