Talk: Mapping Molecular Diversity in Prostate Cancer Using Spatially Resolved Biomarker Analysis
Prostate cancer is a multifocal disease with profound spatial and molecular heterogeneity. In this talk, I will present our recent work using spatially resolved biomarker approaches to map key oncogenic drivers across different tumor foci, and discuss how spatial context can improve molecular classification and precision diagnostics.
