This study presents a novel multiplex platform integrating dual immunohistochemistry and dual RNA in situ hybridization, enabling simultaneous detection of key prostate cancer molecular subtypes—including ERG, SPINK1, ETV1, and ETV4—directly in FFPE tissue sections.
