AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR CANCER RESEARCH ANNUAL MEETING 2026

AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR CANCER RESEARCH ANNUAL MEETING 2026

Excited to share that our team will be presenting three abstracts at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 in San Diego.April 17-22, 2026

These studies collectively reflect our ongoing efforts to understand prostate cancer across multiple biological scales:

* Morphologic spectrum of bladder cancer variants and incidental prostate pathology in cystoprostatectomy specimens

* STEREO-seq spatial transcriptomics uncovering cell-type contributions to prostate cancer metastasis

* Race-specific trajectories of prostate cancer evolution, highlighting distinct temporal and spatial progression patterns in African American and Caucasian men

Together, these works span pathology, spatial genomics, and cancer evolution, reinforcing the importance of integrating tissue architecture, molecular context, and population-level differences to better understand tumor heterogeneity and progression.

Grateful to our outstanding collaborators and trainees who made this work possible. Looking forward to engaging in discussions at the meeting.
