Proud moment at AACR.
Our medical student, Josiah Harsh, presented our work on progression biopsy in prostate cancer, focusing on how tumors evolve over time rather than relying on a single baseline snapshot.
One key takeaway: prostate cancer is not static. Longitudinal sampling begins to reveal distinct evolutionary trajectories that may ultimately influence how we think about biomarkers and treatment decisions.
Great to see trainees engaging deeply with complex disease biology and communicating it so effectively.
